availability of all

your suppliers
and get their
confirmation.

to put your customers in a situation when they
are confused and rowdy
b) Rooming list - in order to prevent
misunderstandings about rooms, this is a
common case
c) List of additional requirements - every customer has
different demands, try to have a personalized approach to
everyone

departure time and place,
