A 5th grade health project challenges students to create a comic strip as a cartoonist for Kids Health Magazine, with the goal of persuading readers to adopt an active lifestyle and healthy habits for physical fitness now and in the future. Students are instructed to design and deliver an educational message using digital media that will motivate peers to stay physically fit. The project outlines steps for exploring media types, brainstorming relevant health information from provided sites, designing 3 fitness messages, creating the comic strip digitally, sharing it with peers, and printing it for display.

Hay que contar a los ciudadanos que los resultados de los comicios no están decididos, que el cambio es posible si los votantes quieren; que un grupo parlamentario propio de UPyD es necesario para influir de manera determinante en la política; que para lograrlo se requiere un 5% de votos en toda España, y que, por tanto, cada voto cuenta".

To get the most out of using social media take some time to develop a solid strategy.
When thinking about how they want to use social media, a lot of people start by saying, “We need to be on Facebook,” or, “Instagram is the hot new platform, we need to be there!” This is backwards because it focuses on technology rather than people and relationships. You need to start by mapping out who you want to reach out to on social media, what your goals are in reaching out to them using social media, and then determine which platforms will help you best meet your goals. Social media is not just about new technology, it is about people and relationships!
