1. THE MOST
NEEDED CHANGE
Fairness At Play
Introducing electoral reforms to reduce the
influence of money and muscle power in politics.

THE PATRIOTIC INDIANS
2. Now, in this present world, there are hundreds of problem that a
common man is facing! Now I want to be very simple and very
specific about my goal. Daily when we open our newspaper ,there
are some news about which we are definitely going to find out
something . For instance, that our Indian rupee is depreciating ,the
inflation is going high like anything ,our Indian economy is about to
fall down , daily we hear the debates on the television of high level
of corruption in the government ,daily we find that the hardworking
farmers who are filling the stomachs of 121 crores of Indian are
themselves starving and debt ridden and finally news of their
suicides, and of course about the crime against the women and many
more. Now if you ask anyone in India that who should be held
accountable for all this problems? Then almost each one of u will
yell to answer that only and only “political system“of India is
responsible for all the problems because it is actual root of all the
problems in India.
3. Now if you ask anyone in India that who should be held accountable
for all this problems? Then almost each one of you will yell to
answer that only and only “political system“ of India is responsible
for all the problems because it is actual root of all the problems in
India. This takes us to our next question that can we change our
political system or can effective electoral reforms occur in a pseudo
democratic country like India? Can we make India that type of
country which Bhagat Singh , and Subhash Chandra Bose had
imagined of? Can we as citizens of India and the biggest resource of
India bring the change? If yes, then how we can do that? Don’t
worry, we will tell you.
4. I have heard the anger in youth which is booming against the
government, specially against our Prime Minister. Youth wants to
throw away the wrong persons or the so called criminals from the
political system, but at the end of the day, the result is zero. Most of
the youth has only imaginary ways of tackling with the problem like
“If I will become a superman then the first thing I will do is KILL
ALL THE POLITICIANS”. This sounds quiet childish and funny
too, but after all this is not a practical one. Our bloods are really
boiling at very high temperatures but it brings no good results.
Because the anger of every youth is singular and not collective. All
we have to do is to just follow an old punch line that is “UNITED
WE STAND, DIVIDED WE FALL”.
5. Now coming back to the point that how we are going to change the
political system of India or how the youth is going to be the game
changer or what’s the plan for effective electoral reforms? Now,
before going into the depth of the topic, I need to ask you all a
question? That if you directly want to become an officer in Indian
defence services or in short if you want to become a leader in the
defence, what are the pre requirements for that ?
• First of all, you must be an Indian citizen.
• You must at least be 12th passed.
• You must not have any criminal background, that is no FIR
against you.
6. The above three are the minimum requirements. If you have all the
above three then you are just eligible to write the exam. Because the
actual exam starts after this ,you go through the interviews and then
a lot many psychological test series and then you are selected to
become a leader of the organisation of the Army, Navy, or the
Airforce. Same is the case with civil services, that after eligibility,
you have to write the exam of two stages and then after clearing the
interview, the candidates become civil leaders .That means after
applying tough efforts you are becoming the leader.
7. So, what we have learnt? That to become a leader in any
organisation, you have to cross hundreds of hurdles to become a
TRUE LEADER.
Now, just think of the process through which our political
leaders are chosen?
• If you want to become a political leader, you should just be an
Indian citizen .
• You should be 25+.
• There should not be any CRIMINAL CASE against you.
• And, you should be a graduate.
8. If you have all the three properties as mentioned above, then you
can become a political leader, irrespective of your nature,
irrespective of your thinking process, irrespective of your
“VISION”, and irrespective of your leadership quality. Nothing will
be taken into consideration, nobody will check your behaviour,
nobody will check your personality. That means to become a
political leader you just need to cross the mere eligibility, and the
funniest thing is that some of our political leaders don’t even cross
that barrier also(As we know that most of our political leaders have
hundreds of charges of murders, gang-rapes, and extortion). So, till
now we have learnt that our political leaders are getting very easily
into politics and are misusing the TAXPAYER’S money. And they
are not crossing any hurdles to reach the top.
9. SO, ALL WE NEED TO DO, IS TO BRING A SELECTION
PROCESS INTO THE SYSTEM. SO I ENVISAGE A POLITICAL
SYSTEM IN WHICH CANDIDATES HAVE TO CROSS
HURDLES TO BECOME A LEADER THAT MEANS AFTER
CLEARING THE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA, NOW ALL THE
POLITICALASPIRANTS HAVE TO UNDERGO THROUGH A
SELECTION SYSTEM IN WHICH EVERYTHING REGARDING
THE CANDIDATE WILL BE VERIFIED AND TESTED. WHERE
THERE WILL BE COMPETITION AND THE BEST
CANDIDATE WILL GET THE CHANCE TO BECOME A
LEADER. I THINK OF AN INDIA WHERE ALL OUR
POLITICAL LEADERS ARE EDUCATED, WELL MANERED,
OPTIMISTS AND THE TRUE LEADERS. IF WE WILL BE ABLE
TO IMPLEMENT THIS SELECTION PROCESS, THEN ONLY
THE MUSCLE AND MONEY POWER IN INDIAN POLITICS
CAN BE REDUCED TO MINIMUM.
10. But ,I think that if we want to really change the system, THE
YOUTH HAVE TO COME FORWARD AND FIGHT FOR THE
ELECTORAL REFORMS IN WHICH WE WILLASK FOR A
VERY STIFF, DIFFICULT AND FILTERING SELECTION
PROCESS FOR THE POLITICAL LEADERS ENSURING THAT
THE POLITICAL SYSTEM IS FREE FROM CORRUPTION. I
THINK IF THIS WILL BE EXECUTED THEN THE CHILDREN
BORN IN INDIA WILL START SPEAKING THAT
“I ALSO WANT TO BECOME A POLITICAL LEADER”.
FINALLY I WANT TO TELL YOU ONE PHRASE IN WHICH
I COPMLETELY BELIEVE IN.
“IT IS DIFFICULT FOR AN HONEST PERSON TO SURVIVE
IN A CORRUPT GOVERNMENT, BUT IT IS IMPOSSIBLE
FOR A CORRUPT PERSON TO SURVIVE IN AN HONEST
GOVERNMENT.”
