  1. For me there are five elements to balance to be The Confident Mother. It’s about celebrating and enjoying life as a woman and as a mother. CONTRIBUTION WELLNESS WORK FAMILY THE FEMININE These elements that support us in our quest to be The Confident Mother CONTRIBUTION – what you add, where you give value, how you contribute – you might call it your purpose or your calling, your mission WELLNESS – looking after yourself, self-love, mindfulness, meditation, dealing with overwhelm (which is why we are here to) WORK – whether that’s your own business, your career, or valuing your work in the house FAMILY – your partner, your children, your own parents THE FEMININE – about enjoying and accepting, embracing ourselves and our bodies as women, accepting our limitations, understanding our strengths These ebb and flow at different times of our life. Sometimes WORK might be your strongest element. At other times, in the first few vulnerable weeks after birth, maybe it’s FAMILY. In the late stages of pregnancy, embrace your body, the fullness. When family have left home, maybe this is when you can give more to society. WELLNESS – essential to always look after yourself.
  2. Angela is a Life Coach, Business Coach, speaker and writer. She is fiercely passionate about helping women to live their truth. Helping them to remove all blocks and giving them strategies to achieving that.  Angela brings over 20 years corporate experience as an employee and business owner.
