Leadership
CORE

understanding yourself
"Be a first rate version of
yourself, not a second rate
version of someone else."
-- Judy Garland
Challenge – What are you
doing today to improve
yourself for tomorrow?
COHORT
A company of companions
or supporters
“The first method for
estimating the intelligence
of a person is to look at the
people he has around him.”
- Machiavelli
Challenge – Everyone has
something unique to offer.
What is your superpower?
CLIENTS
Cash is the blood of business,
but clients are the reason for
being
“Do what you do so well that
they will want to see it again
and bring their friends.”
- Walt Disney
Challenge – Are your client
relationships trans-actional or
pro-actional?
COMMUNITY
Industry, Charity, Involvement,
Build something for future
generations
“True leaders not only help
make their company
successful, they help make the
communities around them
successful.”
Challenge – How are you
supporting and/or educating
your community circles?
COMPANY
Have Integrity, Be Diligent,
and Never Settle
“There is at least one point in the
history of any company when you
have to change dramatically to rise to
the next level of performance. Miss
that moment - and you start to
decline.” – Andy Grove
Challenge – What are you
doing above and beyond your
assigned targets and
objectives?
