Jesus was arrested in the Garden of Gethsemane without any criminal activity reported. If the legal system today processed Jesus, he potentially would have faced charges such as fraud, identity theft, larceny, and corruption. It is unclear if Jesus would have been housed in general population or solitary confinement. Jesus appeared before Pontius Pilate multiple times, which may have constituted a bond hearing, arraignment, and trial all in one rapid proceeding, as the Bible reports Jesus did not contest the charges against him. It appears the legal system in Jesus's time was more efficient than modern systems in swiftly bringing Jesus to his crucifixion.

I. When Jesus was arrested at the scene of "no criminal activity", in the Garden of Gethsemane
(by arrest warrant, likely, how long would be supposed it took to get Him booked in...After all,
the centurions did not have any fancy computers systems databases, or applications.
II. What would be supposed was the current comparable charges against Jesus Christ, perhaps
fraud, identity theft, larceny, destruction of property, pandering, and/or corruption?
III. What is supposed that Jesus Christ was housed, in general population or on lock down in
segregation.
IV. Jesus Christ was brought first before Pontius, next before Felix, and then again before
Pontius...would that be supposed as having been the BOND HEARING, ARRAIGNMENT,
AND TRIAL WITH SENTENCING. The Bible relates that Jesus Christ was "lead to slaughter"
without saying a word. No response is NO CONTESTARE (or "no contest"), which is treated as
a guilty plea. For as quickly as Jesus Christ was crucified, there was some speedy trial system in
place, or perhaps the dockets were considerably lighter than these latter times.
