Swimming – is a sport or activity of
moving through water by moving your
arms and legs.
Four Strokes In Swimming
- Freestyle
- Butterfly
- Back stroke
- Breast stroke
Freestyle – considered as the universal
stroke and is also the fastest of all the
strokes.
Breast stroke – the first stroke that was
discovered.
Backstroke – the only style in which
swimmers are face-up in the water.
Butterfly – is the most recent innovation
in swimming and also the hardest way to
swim through the water.
