This document defines common terms used in Scrum, including that a Scrum team consists of 3 to 9 members including a Scrum Master and Product Owner, sprints last 1 to 4 weeks and include daily stand-up meetings and sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives to plan and review work and improve processes. The Product Owner manages the prioritized product backlog and requirements while the Scrum Master facilitates the Scrum process and removes impediments.
