 Distortion in passing the message.
CASE 1
Mr. Aggarwal of ABC company ltd. called up Mr. Naryanamurthy of
Narayan power projects Ltd. to place an order of Five 100 KW motors for
his company.
The conversation was as follows :
 Mr. Aggarwal: “Good Morning Mr. Naryanamurthy”
 Mr. Naryanamurthy: “Very good morning Sir.”
 Mr. Aggarwal:“ I want to place an order of Five 100 KW motors. I want
them at the earliest. Can you send them by tomorrow ?”
 Mr. Naryanamurthy:“How many motors Sir?”
 Mr. Aggarwal:“five”
 Mr. Naryanamurthy:“O.K. Fine”
 Mr. Aggarwal:“Thank you. Have a nice day.”
When the order was received the next day Mr. Aggarwal received a
consignment of 5 motors of 500 KW each.
CASE 1
Mr. Aggarwal of ABC company ltd. called up Mr. Naryanamurthy of
Narayan power projects Ltd. to place an order of Five 100 KW motors for
his company.
The conversation was as follows :
 Mr. Aggarwal: “Good Morning Mr. Naryanamurthy”
 Mr. Naryanamurthy: “Very good morning Sir.”
 Mr. Aggarwal:“ I want to place an order of Five 100 KW motors. I want
them at the earliest. Can you send them by tomorrow ?”
 Mr. Naryanamurthy:“How many motors Sir?”
 Mr. Aggarwal:“five”
 Mr. Naryanamurthy:“O.K. Fine”
 Mr. Aggarwal:“Thank you. Have a nice day.”
