suggestion timely, so as to prevent catastrophic failure, reduce owning and operating cost, maximize
machine uptime. --- This is an additional system, just for optional.

Reasons & Comparisons as below
[1] Capacity
The required capacity is 300,000 tons per annual. If we choose DMS processing technology, we shall choose a very
small dense medium cyclone. The smallest cyclone even can process about 450,000 tons raw coal per annual
(much more expensive).
And we have also looked the raw coal, most of them are a little big (25mm~50mm), so we cannot choose the
smallest cyclone. For this capacity requirement, jigging process is best choice.
[2] Clean Coal Yield
Surely, the simple jigging processing technology cannot recovery all the clean coal from raw coal. This would have
many loss of margin.

Jigging process is a little higher than DMS technology. And the water consumption is also bigger than
DMS.
[4] Clean Coal Recovery & Yield
DMS is the best technology for maximum the clean coal recovery. Basis on our experiences, for same
raw coal, if plant uses DMS technology, it would get additional 2%~ 3.5% clean coals more than
jigging technology.
Above all, because of capacity and project cost, we recommend the jigging technology
for first choice.

1. Design basis

4. Process Flow Introduction

1. coal preparation and coal by coal
Coal preparation plant coal from the car shipped to the coal yard, through the

Reasons & Comparisons as below [1] Capacity The required capacity is 300,000 tons per annual. If we choose DMS processing technology, we shall choose a very small dense medium cyclone. The smallest cyclone even can process about 450,000 tons raw coal per annual (much more expensive). And we have also looked the raw coal, most of them are a little big (25mm~50mm), so we cannot choose the smallest cyclone. For this capacity requirement, jigging process is best choice. [2] Clean Coal Yield Surely, the simple jigging processing technology cannot recovery all the clean coal from raw coal. This would have many loss of margin.
