To make a 3-wheel base using a mechanical kit, you need to attach two motors to long U pieces, attach wheels to the motors, attach a short rectangular plate with an L-clip to the long U pieces to form the base, attach a caster wheel to the bottom plate, connect the brain to the motors and remote using cables, with the motors connecting to ports 3 and 4 and the remote to port R. The finished base will have the caster wheel on the underside for balance.

• Mechanical Kit
* Short Rectangular Plate(2)
* Nuts & Bolts
* Screw driver(2)
* Stopper(2) & Spacer(2)
* Long U(2)
* L Clip(1)
* Wheel(2) & Caster wheel(1)
• Brain(1)
• Cables[ White(1) & Black(2) ]
• Remote
• Motor(2)

3. STEP 1 :-
Attach the motors to two long U .

4. STEP 2 :-
It will looks like.

5. STEP 3 :-
Attach the wheels to the motors

6. STEP 4 :-
Take a short rectangular plate and attach L-clip on it.

7. STEP 5 :-
Attached the plate on to the long U, like this

8. STEP 6 :-
Attach a caster wheel to the short rectangular plate as
shown:

9. STEP 7 :-
Attach the plate with caster wheel to the down side of
the base.

10. STEP 8 :-
Attach brain on your 3-wheel base.

11. STEP 9 :-
Make connections from brain to motors and remote by
using cable.

12. Things to notice
• Motors will be connected in port 3 & 4 of brain using black
cable.
• Remote will be connected in port R of brain using white cable.
• The short rectangular plate with caster wheel will be down side
of the 3-wheel base.
