Picture 1 – These boys are German. This picture was taken in the 40’s while World War II was still
going on. These boys are also Nazi supporters, as they are doing the Heil Hitler salute. You can tell
this picture is old because it is in black and white and also because of the attire the boys have on.
The clothes are very old fashioned and not from any recent era.
Picture 2 – These men are US American soldiers. Their attire looks distinctly American with most of
them wearing Army green fatigues. This picture looks like it was taken during the Vietnam War,
maybe in between combat when they were resting up or relaxing.
Picture 3 – This picture was taken a very long time ago, as evidenced by the black and white color of
the photograph and also the attire of the men. I would suspect this photo was taken during
Prohibition, when all alcohol was banned in the US. I believe this because the liquid being poured out
looks like alcohol. The men seem to be very happy that Prohibition is in effect because it looks like
they are smiling and laughing.

how they are quick to accept any ideals.
