Must mention one of the tools for proper organization of supervisory works, assessment & follow-up of the Contractor’s planning & progress execution capabilities, where planned works are given 3 days in advance with one previous day (for eventual corrections between planned / actually executed works). Regardless of the amount of detailing present on the Contractor’s “Detailed Time Program”, this “day-to-day” based tool enables the Contractor to define all daily works planned & executed, from excavation, pipe-laying, back-filling & various testing to the major structures works (reinforcement, formworks, concrete, civil, mechanical, electrical, survey works) where the Supervisory staff can prepare in time and harmonize their activities with the Contractor’s works.
