The Sunrise Candles was founded by Bhavesh Bhatia, who himself is blind.
Every employee in Sunrise Candles believes that they support their families
on their own instead of sitting idle due to their disability. They don't feel
disabled, instead they feel empowered.

30. THE UPCOMING FACED CHALLENGES :
1. The challenges is now more in case of transgender too because now a little
higher ratio of specially abled people are seen to be be empowered but in
case of transgender is not in a good way
2. They are not being widely accepted by people
3. Social barriers intills them to indeed not helping to become empowered
4. No exposure and knowledge is given to them

31. SOLUTION :
1. Transgenders should be educated
2. Education gives them the required exposure
3. They will come to know a lot more schemes and available exposure of
classes in which they can work and study
4. Hence transgenders along with specially abled people together can create a
major difference in msme.
