Epworth Day Care rates for infants 6 weeks to 18 months are $37 daily and $150 weekly. The day care will be closed on several holidays including Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. Payment is due weekly on Friday or Monday and late fees apply for payments made after Monday evening. The day care hours are from 6 AM to 5:30 PM and late fees of $2 per child apply for every 5 minutes after closing time.

PAYMENT GUIDELINES
1. Everyone must pay at least one week in advance. Payments must be on Friday, or no later than Monday
evening. There will be a $5.00 late charge for any payment after Monday evening. There will be a service
fee of $25.00 on all returned checks.
2. Our hours are from 6:00 AM – 5:30 PM. The fee you pay allows your children to attend any time during
these hours. Any children who are here after 5:30 PM are required to pay $2.00 for every 5 minutes until
they are picked up. This fee is due immediately.
3. When you bring in your payment, please hand it to Theresa Lemon or Mary Krider. This way no checks or
cash will be misplaced. Federal Tax I.D. number is available on request.
4. The Vacation Time will correspond with the # of days your child is contracted to attend.
For example, 3 days a wk = 3 vac days, 4 days a wk = 4 vac days, 5 days a wk = 5 vac days. Client must be
in attendance year round and for 6 months before vacation applies.
*A 3 day minimum is required to hold your child’s position. Scheduling is at Director’s Discretion.
