Sia Partners launched an investment fund called Studio in January 2017 to invest in startups they can provide value to. Their second investment was in Livsty, a platform that allows people to invest in equity release for senior citizens. Livsty transforms equity release into a future asset strategy and solves seniors' financing problems with a standard property-linked product. It aims to significantly increase the number of equity release investors by offering long-term real estate investments with competitive returns and social impact through an online platform. As of December 2017, Livsty receives financial and operational support from Sia Partners.

LIVSTY : STUDIO’S SECOND INVESTMENT
In January 2017, Sia Partners launched its investment fund, Studio. A consulting firm with a strong
entrepreneurial spirit, Sia Partners plans to invest in companies to which it can bring a significant added value.
With 4 million euros and Sia Partners as the sole stockholder, this investment fund will accompany select start-
ups over the next years, through their incubation and acceleration periods.
After Big Moustache, the first investment in January 2017 Studio’s second investment is Livsty. Sia Partners is
launching the start-up with the founder Grégoire Berger. After the successful solidification work with Big
Moustache, Studio is developing its activities on project for their incubation period.

it is sold and the investors are paid back their share of the profit. Buyers invest through an online-platform and
can create their portfolio of shares of properties to mitigate their risk. Investors are offered long-term real-estate
investments with competitive returns and a strong social impact without the hassle of direct ownership in
property. Investing in real estate has never been so simple!
As of December 2017, Livsty receives financial and operational support from Sia Partners and benefits from Sia
Partners’ network and expertise in finance, law, marketing and real estate.
The ambition of Livsty for 2018 is to reach 6M€ projects financed through 3 rounds of equity release projects.
