The document summarizes a Kaizen event focused on applying the 5S methodology to organize and clean up a workplace. It provides background on 5S, describing the five steps as Sort, Set In Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain. Before and after photos show the transformation of the workspace, which was cluttered and disorganized before but became tidy and well-labeled. Testimonials from team members Roxanne Newlin and Sharon Holsinger praise the improved efficiency, safety, and productivity resulting from the collaborative Kaizen project.

The first year public relations students at Cape Peninsula University of Technology were assigned to organize a farewell event for third year students as a class project, which would count significantly towards their semester grade. They had to plan and fund the event without a budget, so spent three months raising funds. Through their efforts, they were able to successfully hold the third year farewell function without a budget, as evidenced by the photos of the decorated event space, photo booth, gift bags, and tables.
This research investigates how three age groups - 18-28, 40-50, and 65+ - create and share digital content online. The study examines their motivations, skills, and preferred platforms. Interviews were conducted with 36 participants across the age groups who were already creating digital content. Preliminary findings suggest skills transfer from offline to online and close friendships sometimes form between online content sharers who meet in person.
The Phoenicians brought olive trees to Spain around 1050 BC, and the Romans helped spread them, making Spain one of the leading exporters of olive oil. Olive oil was so important that Emperor Hadrian featured an olive branch on coins. Modern storage of olive oil involves large stainless steel or fiberglass tanks in temperature-controlled rooms. Several common varieties of olives grown in Spain are mentioned, including Arbequina, Empeltre, Lechin de Sevilla, Manzanilla Cacereña, and Picual. Olive oil production in Andalusia, Spain involves quality control and certification of origin.

The overall goal is to transform stewardship into a strategic church ministry that fully funds operations through increased, sustainable member giving.

3. Välimus
Hüatsint-siniaara on kõige kogukam papagoiliik maailmas. Nad võivad olla
kuni 1 meetri pikkused ja kaaluda kuni 1,6 kilogrammi.
Nagu pildilt näha, on lind iseloomulikku sinist värvi.
Silmad on neil kollased.
Hüatsint-siniaaradel on noka juures kollane nagu pintsliga tõmmatud joon.
Silma juurest on Hüatsint-siniaaradel omamoodi meresinine sulestik.

5. Toitumisharjumused
Hüatsint-siniaarad on eluliselt sõltuvad mõnedest palmiliikidest, mille vilju
nad söövad.
Oma toidulauda rikastavad nad veel ka muude troopiliste puuviljade ja
juhuslikult ette sattuvate limustega.
Papagoid rändavad aasta jooksul üsna laialt ringi. Nende rännete kulg on
sõltuvuses taimede elutsüklist ja puuviljade valmimisest.

6. Pesitsemine, paljunemine
Pesitsusaeg algab juulis ja lõpeb detsembris.
Pesa asub tavaliselt mõnes puuõõnes.
Emalind muneb sinna kaks, vahel ka
kolm muna, mida haub 27-30 päeva.

8. Arvukus
Hüatsint-siniaarade praeguseks arvukuseks hinatakse 3000 lindu.
Ohud arvukusele:
Nende suursuguselt värvunud papagoide välimus on osutunud saatuslikuks. Suur osa
nendest püüti aastatel 1970-1990 kinni.
Arvatakse, et kaheksakümnendail aastail püüti kinni ja veeti Brasiiliast välja 10 000
isendit. Enamik nendest lõpetas erapidajate juures, osa sattus ka loomaaedadesse.
Alates 1987. aastast kanti hüatsint-siniaara Washingtoni konventsiooni esimesse
nimekirja ning nende väljavedu on nüüd karmilt keelatud.
