This study investigates the effects of oxygen isotope substitution on the nmr parameters of the pertechnetate anion, focusing on the 99Tc chemical shifts and spin coupling constants involving 17O and 18O isotopes. Experimental measurements show that the temperature dependency of isotope shifts and spin coupling constants exhibit linear relationships at different temperatures for various isotopomers. The findings suggest a weak influence of cation type and concentration on the magnetic shielding of the technetium nucleus.
