The Triune God (Father, Son, and Spirit) is a
mystery – in fact a mystery of mysteries.
Although we cannot understand this mystery of
the Trinity of the Godhead, we can receive and
enjoy this mysterious God.
God’s eternal desire is to get a group of people
who are fully mingled with Him to be His
universal expression and mutual dwelling place.
The entire Bible reveals God in His Trinity
working toward this goal

Christ is the central figure in God’s economy for the
accomplishment of His eternal purpose. Christ has
passed through a marvelous process. He has gone
through incarnation, human living, crucifixion,
resurrection, and ascension.
Our desire should be to love the Lord supremely. We
should be sober and watchful for His second coming.
By His mercy we may escape the coming hour of trial
to meet Him as one of His precious overcomers.

In eternity past God planned to work Himself into His chosen people.
The Bible reveals to us two distinct “spirits” – the divine Spirit and
the human spirit. By the divine Spirit entering the human spirit, God
will accomplish His desire.
Our God today is not a “raw” God, but a processed God. The
compound ointment in Exodus 30 is a type of the “compound
Spirit” – the all-inclusive Spirit compounded with divinity, the
humanity of Jesus, the death of Christ, and His resurrection.

Our spirit is the key to experiencing the divine Spirit.
The human spirit is a complete unit, composed of
three parts or functions: conscience, fellowship, and
intuition. A purified conscience helps the other parts
of our inward being to function properly and keeps
the Lord flowing within us.
To know the spirit is to know it by the sense of the
spirit. The Christian life is not a matter of right and
wrong; it is a matter of living in the Spirit. We must
learn to have the second walk by the Spirit as our
unique highway for the fulfillment of God’s purpose.

Life is God Himself. It is not something that is merely
of God or that is given by God, but the Triune God
flowing out. Life is the Father in the Son as the Spirit
flowing into us to be our life and life supply.
The growth of life is the increase of the element of
God in us, the increase of the stature of Christ within
us, and the expansion of the ground of the Holy Spirit
within us.

We must follow the leading of the Holy Spirit to purge
away all the difficulties which hinder the growth of
life. We should clear up our past with our old way of
living, deal with the sins which we commit outwardly,
and deal with the world that enslaves us.
In order to experience the Lord, we must be a
consecrated person. Our consecration today must be
made out of our voluntary will; everything is offered
up by men willingly. Then His life will flow and grow
within us, thus, making us ready to carry out His
eternal purpose.

God’s eternal purpose is to have the church. It did not
come into existence by accident, but was planned in
eternity.
The church is the assembly of the called out ones, the
house of God, the kingdom of God, the Body of Christ,
God’s masterpiece, the new man, the counterpart of
Christ, and the golden lampstands.

Because the church has become degraded through
the many centuries of its history, it needs to be
restored according to God’s original intention.
We should consecrate ourselves – all our time, all that
we are, all that we have, and all that we can do – to
Christ and the church so that God can accomplish His
plan.

The two greatest gifts of God for our enjoyment are
the Spirit inside of us and the Bible outside of us; the
Bible is God’s personal letter to us, His children.
The Scripture is God-breathed; it is God’s breathing
His thought and His word through His Spirit into and
out of the writers.

The subject of the Bible is God planned and created,
Satan rebelled and damaged, man fell and was lost,
and Christ redeemed and built.
We must redeem our time wisely to study the truth
until our being is fully constituted with His word, His
divine revelation.
