schedule reliability, berth prospects, liaison with terminal and agents. Weekly
discussions for move counts vs proforma schedule. Ordering and monitoring of
bunkers and consumption. Cost calculations for add hoc calls and contingencies.
Producing schedules for vessels and keeping masters updated with
information and requirements. Reporting to the assistant general manager on delays, port

Responsible for one of two planning teams within the Fareast / Middle East groups.
Primary focus being the Fareast Team leader role. Managing planners work/Holiday
schedule for 8-10 planners, allocating vessels according to trade requirements, port
