 Grow organization: Students; Volunteers; Tutor
  Coordinators; Team; Donations
 Increase volunteer retention (from 30% to 50% within three
  years)
 Develop formal and informal partnerships with organizations
  who can enhance and improve School on Wheels
 Enhance core program to include blended learning – a
  combination of online learning and one-on-one tutoring
 Develop and implement measureable outcomes that will
  allow us to better evaluate the impact of our program on
  students

    Expand focus on schools and social service agencies

    students/volunteers
   Add two additional sites
     • Research mobile hot spots/internet access
     • Purchase hardware
  Hire Blended Learning Consultant
  Expand adaptive learning programs/educational apps

 In 2012, School on Wheels achieved the following
  record milestones:
 Tutored 2,030 students (K – 12)
 Recruited 1,520 volunteers
 Served over 5,300 students
     3,375 backpacks filled with school supplies
     261 school uniforms
     2,400 bus tokens
     Four scholarships
 Raised over $1.3 million in donations
