As much as we would prefer otherwise, conflict seems woven into the very fabric of life. On a daily basis, we find ourselves dealing with difficult people, facing unhealthy relationships, or suffering marriage problems. We might say that some of our relationships are the very definition of conflict! While asking ourselves how to adjust in these circumstances, and how to handle conflict, we remain confused and perplexed.
In the book “Life Without Conflict”, Gnani Purush (embodiment of Self knowledge) Dada Bhagwan offers ultimate conflict resolution skills in the form of spiritual conflict resolution strategies. His spiritual teaching on how to resolve conflict - or to avoid it altogether - is offered in the context of common and everyday relationship challenges.
Whether seeking relationship tips, marriage advice, or simply to learn how to stay healthy and to cultivate happy homes, this book will prove an invaluable resource.

ELEMENTS OF CHIROLOGY (VOLUME V) - NOTES FOR STUDENTSanthony writer
At the outset I have to openly confess that Part V of Scientific Palmistry has seen the light of the day due to
the help and support of two palmists, chirologists and researchers, whose names, along with their
photographs and books, are displayed below. They have been kind enough to permit me to incorporate their
material in my writings. I am ever grateful to them for such a big favour, which will go a long way to benefit
our students in India and elsewhere and the spread of Elemental Chirology globally
Her permission and blessings
“Jennifer Hirsch to me 30/06/2010

Johnny Fincham to me 30/12/2010
“Hi Anthony, thank you for your kind words. You are so correct when you say how scientific investigation is the key to study and expertise in palm reading. I am sure your students will blossom under your teachings. best wishes, Johnny FIncham”
Johnny Fincham’s books: :
1. Palmistry ‘Apprentice to Pro in 24 Hours’
2. 'The Spellbinding Power of Palmistry'
I do not have to elaborate anything further as we all have the blessings of these great chirologists and
researchers whose aim in life is to spread knowledge with a scientific temperament and at the same time
“uplift humanity”. I strongly recommend that their books be read as they have eneavoured to decode many
of the secrets through scientific study “at the roaring looms of Time”.
I also thank Mr. Jinabhai Lad, Principal Emeritus and Prof. G.B. Forbes, Principal, Jyotisha Bharati, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Mumbai, who have encouraged and supported me to carry out new findings in palmistry and astrology. Of course, with fond remembrance of the late Prof. Ramniklal Nayak, who introduced dermatoglyphics at Jyotisha Bharati in the study of Medical Palmistry and the late Prof.
Gopalkrishna Modi, (past Principal of Jyotisha Bharati) who requested and encouraged me to link Palmistry
and Astrology.
Wishing you all a Very Happy New Year and happy reading,

The religions of the world preserve the knowledge and protect the secrets of ancient powerful mantras.
At the heart of world religion, and among the most powerful mantras in the history of religion, is the Navkar mantra, or Trimantra.
In the book “Trimantra”, Gnani Purush (embodiment of Self knowledge) Dada Bhagwan explains the Trimantra, its mantra meaning, and the extraordinary benefits of its recitation.
Whether wishing to live with no worry while facing problems in everyday life, wondering how to get inner peace, or on a spiritual quest seeking spiritual enlightenment (Self Realization), utilizing Trimantra provides that – and more.
Among the many spiritual books available today, Param Pujya Dadashri’s spiritual guidance about the value of Trimantra, and how to best access its spiritual power, is invaluable.
The International Journal of Indian Psychology (ISSN 2348-5396) is an interdisciplinary, peer-reviewed, academic journal that examines the intersection of Psychology, Social sciences, Education, and Home science. The journal is an international electronic journal published in quarterly. All peer-reviewed articles must meet rigorous standards and can represent a broad range of substantive topics, theoretical orientations, and empirical methods.
There are times in life when we must endure suffering due to no fault on our part – or so it seems. Life circumstances can appear terribly unjust. Naturally we question, “Why me? Am I wrong? It’s not my fault!, Why do bad things happen to good people?”
Added to the many problems in everyday life, these situations can feel like the very definition of suffering. We may conclude that there is no God, question how to get inner peace, and how to live through such trying circumstances.
In the book “Whatever Has Happened Is Justice”, Gnani Purush (embodiment of Self knowledge) Dadashri offers spiritual guidance on how to resolve conflict of injustice inherent in life.
Dadashri provides profound insight into the law of karma, explaining who is “The Doer”, who is at fault, and what is the cause behind every instance of suffering.
To attain an inner state of no worry, to begin to live in peace, or even to learn how to stay healthy amidst life challenges, this book will prove precious.
School Libraries are the heart of the educational system. They play a pivotal role in nurturing knowledge and improving the quality of education. They not only help to inculcate the habit of reading but also a thirst for new knowledge. The advent of ICT has opened the doors of possibilities. Now the role of School Libraries has changed from mere information transfer to content generation. The School Libraries are becoming Information Clearing Houses and as such they will constantly change and adjust their role as catalysts in the Information Society.

2024.06.01 Introducing a competency framework for languag learning materials ...Sandy Millin
http://sandymillin.wordpress.com/iateflwebinar2024
Published classroom materials form the basis of syllabuses, drive teacher professional development, and have a potentially huge influence on learners, teachers and education systems. All teachers also create their own materials, whether a few sentences on a blackboard, a highly-structured fully-realised online course, or anything in between. Despite this, the knowledge and skills needed to create effective language learning materials are rarely part of teacher training, and are mostly learnt by trial and error.
Knowledge and skills frameworks, generally called competency frameworks, for ELT teachers, trainers and managers have existed for a few years now. However, until I created one for my MA dissertation, there wasn’t one drawing together what we need to know and do to be able to effectively produce language learning materials.
This webinar will introduce you to my framework, highlighting the key competencies I identified from my research. It will also show how anybody involved in language teaching (any language, not just English!), teacher training, managing schools or developing language learning materials can benefit from using the framework.

The Revolution from Within
By J Krishnamurti
Krishnamurti has in his public talks later published in book form
addressed varieties of social and political, and spiritual issues.
In the book “The Revolution from Within”, his focus is
primarily on a radical change in the mind and heart of every
human being. What brings about such a change is not
knowledge or reason, not new ideas or ideals, or the persuit of
some religious goals, nor does it come about through effort
and will. It is only in understanding ourselves completely that
this transformation takes place.
However, throughout these talks, Krishnamurti seems
to be suggesting that this attempt to change oneself is not a
mere psychological exercise but a religious act; it is not just a
matter of digging into oneself endlessly, but also remaining
open to that which he calls Truth or Reality. Transformation is
not brought about by the mind. Transformation is in the hands
of Reality, not within the sphere of the mind. This book is the
second in the series titled “Selections from the Decades” and
contains twenty three public lectures he gave in nineteen
fifties.
