The 2-Day BNM Workshop focuses on teaching business network management and implementing those strategies. Day 1 covers defining a Chief Networking Officer role, examining social networks and business directories, and learning the 15 basic principles of BNM. Day 2 is dedicated to putting those lessons into action by electing a CNO, setting goals and metrics, evaluating current networks, and structuring an action plan. The objectives are to learn about the new CNO leadership model, how to use social networks for business, and apply BNM methodology within one's own organization on the first working day.
