 Design behavioural interview questions for each role
 Screen candidates applied and found for approximately 20 minutes via phone
 Meet for a 1 hour Face to Face behavioural interview with our team
 Complete a full candidate report based on the behavioural interview
 Forward candidates and facilitate interviews with your staff
 Assist with negotiations on the successful selection
 Complete 2 references on the successfully selected candidate
 Assist your team with on boarding
 Keep in contact with your company and the candidate over the probation period for a smooth
transition into your business
 Finding the best talent to fit your business
