demonstrated on multiple occasions.
Collaborative team player - Having come up in numerous modules, I have
developed a competent ability to work within a team, demonstrating reliability,
commitment and a pro-active attitude regardless of role taken on or given. The
theory of team roles has also been a focus during the ‘understanding people in
organisations’ module.

Understanding of employment law concepts - Though achieving a high grade in
the module, appreciates that this is just a singular experience and that business law
is a constantly evolving phenomenon and as such is committed to persistently
refreshing and updating my knowledge of it. Also appreciates that it is better to be
pro-active rather than reactive in this field such as following ACAS recommended
policy and procedure during recruitment or redundancy.

Qualifications and Education
Predicted 2.1 in HRM and creative writing - This include a 2.1 grade in
employment law, ethics and social responsibility, and a First grade in developing and
managing performance. A 2.2 in finance and performance was also achieved.
IT Competent: - My IT is at a level 3 standard and I have thus had tuition in utilising
and constructing spread-sheets and would welcome any opportunity to expand on
that knowledge.

with customer service, till handling and stock management was documented and
acknowledged.
Foundation Year - Amongst other subjects I studied Psychology and Philosophy.
The latter assisting in the job description’s requirement for a logical thinker as a
