more efficiently throughout the day and it also promotes
better quality sleep.

Rich and healthy breakfast will give you the right
energy and improve your concentration.

Research shows that
when workers wear nicer

17. SPEND TIME IN
NATURE
It's nice to spend time in nature
when we get the chance. The
view of nature is associated with
lower stress and higher job
satisfaction.
18. READ FOR AN
HOUR
Habit of reading daily has also been shown to reduce
stress and improve memory. Also reading for as little as
six minutes a day can reduce stress levels by up to 68%.
19.RELAX
