1. 7 DAYS WEIGHT LOSS DIET PLAN
The secret of this program is that you must never be hungry. Please weigh yourself before you start
this plan. A 30 minute walk is absolutely necessary to supplement this plan. Also on all the seven
days you must consume at least 12 glasses of water. No oil or coconut to be consumed on any day.
Also please do not stop your regular intake of tea/coffee (not more than 2 cups per day).
DAY ONE
All fruits except Bananas. Your first day will consist of all kinds of fruits like papaya,
watermelon, apple, orange, pineapple, sapota, grapes, fig etc. Along with this you can have 2 idly
for breakfast, 2 idlyfor lunchand 2 for dinner. You can also have soup (any amount) throughout the
day. The recipe is given at the base.
DAY TWO
All Vegetables. You can eat any amount of cooked/Steamed/Raw vegetables of your choice. There is no
limit. Have a boiled potato for breakfast. Along with this you can have 2 idly for breakfast, 2 idlyfor
lunch and 2 for dinner. You can also have soup (any amount) throughout the day.
DAY THREE
Mixture of Vegetables and Fruits of your choice. No Bananas yet and No potatoestoday. Along
with this you can have 2 idly for breakfast, 2 idly for lunch and 2 for dinner. You can also have
soup (any amount) throughout the day.
DA Y FOUR
Bananas and Milk. You can eat as many bananas and drink 3-4 skimmed milk. Today you can also have
soup at intermediate timings.
DAY FIVE
You can have the soup and Idlies for the breakfast. You will eat 1 cup rice with any cooked vegetable for
lunch along with soup. Have at least 8 raw tomatoes as salad throughout the day. Have at least 2 bowls of
soup for the dinner. You must consume at least 2-15 glass of water wash down the uric acid to cleanse your
kidneys.
DAY SIX
Today is another All-Vegetable day. You must also eat 1 cup of rice with either cooked or uncooked
vegetables to your heart content. You can also have the soup today (3 times)
DAY SEVEN
Today is Feast Day. Your food intake will consist of 1 cup rice, fruit juice and all kinds of
steamed/cooked/raw vegetables along with the soup
2. Tomorrow you will be 5 Kgs lighter than 1 week ago. If you want to further lose weight, repeat the program
after a gap of 3 days, It is good to follow this diet once in a while to cleanse your digestive system and
remove toxic substances from your body
The main importantelement is to drink at least 10-12 glasses of water a day and the 30 minutes of regular
walking. Do not consume too much of sugar for your coffee/tea.
RECIPE FOR THE SOUP
6 large onions, 2 capsicums, 2 tomatoes, 1/4 cabbage, 1 bunch celery/parsley, water, 1 green chili,
spinach, 3-4 tbsp split moong dal
Slice/chop allthe above ingredients and pressure cook with plenty of water and salt to taste. Mash the
contents after cooking with a ladle and add any herbs/seasoningetc for additional taste. This can be
consumed throughout the day.
