This 7-day weight loss diet plan focuses on consuming fruits, vegetables, and soups while limiting oils, potatoes, and bananas on some days. Participants are instructed to drink 12 glasses of water per day and go for a 30 minute walk. The days consist of all fruits, all vegetables, a mixture of fruits and vegetables, bananas and milk, rice and vegetables, another all-vegetable day, and a feast day with rice, juice, and vegetables. Making and drinking a vegetable soup is also encouraged. Sticking to the plan is said to result in 5kg of weight loss within a week.
