 Roan Plateau Planning Area Supplemental EIS and RMP Amendment (Consulting
socioeconomist, draft EIS released 2015). Socioeconomics preparer for an EIS supplement
comprising a new, “Community Alternative” that proposes the siting of horizontal drilling operations at
the base of the plateau instead of conventional drilling on top. The analysis would focus on trade-offs
