- 3. CONTRIBUTOR Contributor isa person having following qualities as follows; Values & effectiveness. Dynamic personality. Haves win win nature. They believe in internal satisfaction compared to external satisfaction. Contributors don’t wait for opportunity they create opportunity. These are few qualities of an contributor.
- 4. She is 47years old. She had studied up to 10 th standard. She had worked at an age of 13 years only. she has an experience of 25 years as an house wife & experience of 35 years of business. She is also a leader in her organization. She also helps his husband and has interest to work in each & every job.
- 5. She takesher work as both vision & as well as mission. she wants to aware people & wants them to participate in her organization. She wants more & more people to join in organization so that she can easily help the society. In the organization they helps most of the ladies & children who could not earn money & fulfil their basic requirements. The organization works with the successful participants of 40 members in the group.
- 6. The organizationhelps 30 to 35 person each month. They give them the things decided as per the season example: shawl in winter, different masalas in summer, washing soap & washing powders bath soaps… etc……. Some photos of them are given below:-

She tellsthat when the group members don’t work or their juniors don’t work she would firstly try to explain him nicely then become strict for her work & then after if the task is not completed she would personally focus on it. If sometimes her seniors don’t support her at that time she would try to convince them & explain her work calmly & tell them to support her work .
- 16. Contribution to organization& society Although she is house wife she still helps her husband by doing business of ‘imitation’. She gives social service by working in an organization & she is the leader of the organization. She also takes active participation in taking fund for the organization. She personally also helps the person in economic way and also helps him by increasing his confidence and giving advice in detail if asked.
- 17. Her shortterm vision is that her son becomes a successful person & also contribute to the society as her. Her long term vision is to aware other people about the organization & also join maximum number of active participants.
