• Introduced auto-lock bottom
• Put in locking mechanism to hold product in place

• Better grade top sheet leading to better print quality
and higher strength than earlier 5 ply carton
• Immobilizing the product prevented the damage to
product/packaging while in transit. Also eliminated
secondary insert being used earlier.
• Improved efficiency due to faster carton assembly
on the shop floor and elimination of sticky tape to
seal box
