Serial histologic sections from multiple sites in three specimens were analyzed after staining for elastin. Findings were correlated with observations from video tracheobronchoscopies. An extensive and prominent meshwork of elastic tissue was found within the trachea and bronchi. Elastic fibers were predominantly longitudinal and aggregated into discrete bundles within the membranous wall of the trachea and main bronchi; a discrete fibroelastic membrane bridging the membranous wall of the trachea; and vertical laminae connecting the ends of successive cartilages. The longitudinal elastic bundles continued into the segmental bronchi, becoming thinner and more circumferentially distributed. .

The origins of the endoneurial collagen of peripheral nerves and their roots have
not yet been determined. Ochoa (1976) has recently commented upon the presence
of collagen in endoneurial clefts some weeks before the earliest appearance of endoneurial
fibroblasts and consequently attributed collagen production to the immediately
adjacent Schwann cells. The occurrence of collagen in 'pockets' invaginated
into the Schwann cells of unmyelinated fibres (Gamble, 1964) was interpreted as
showing a tendency in such cells to enwrap any suitably sized and orientated structure,
but Thomas (1973) thought the phenomenon more probably indicative of a
capacity of Schwann cells to replace degenerated axons with newly formed collagen.
It was remarked also (Ochoa, 1971) that although collagen pockets may be quite
numerous in young adult human nerves they had not appeared in the sural nerve of
a human fetus of 18 weeks of intrauterine life, i.e. at a stage of development when Schwann cells are extremely active in the establishment of complex interrelationships with unmyelinated axons. The trachea or windpipe (Fig. 961) is a cartilaginous and membranous tube, extending from the
lower part of the larynx, on a level with the sixth cervical vertebra, to the upper border of the
fifth thoracic vertebra, where it divides into the two bronchi, one for each lung. The trachea is
nearly but not quite cylindrical, being flattened posteriorly; it measures about 11 cm. in length;
its diameter, from side to side, is from 2 to 2.5 cm., being always greater in the male than in the
female. In the child the trachea is smaller, more deeply placed, and more movable than in the
adult.
Relations.—The anterior surface of the trachea is convex, and covered, in the neck, from above
downward, by the isthmus of the thyroid gland, the inferior thyroid veins, the arteria thyroidea
ima (when that vessel exists), the Sternothyreoideus and Sternohyoideus muscles, the cervical
fascia, and, more superficially, by the anastomosing branches between the anterior jugular veins;
in the thorax, it is covered from before backward by the manubrium sterni, the remains of the
thymus, the left innominate vein, the aortic arch, the innominate and left common carotid
arteries, and the deep cardiac plexus. Posteriorly it is in contact with the esophagus. Laterally, in
the neck, it is in relation with the common carotid arteries, the right and left lobes of the thyroid
gland, the inferior thyroid arteries, and the recurrent nerves; in the thorax, it lies in the superior
mediastinum, and is in relation on the right side with the pleura and right vagus, and near the root
of the neck with the innominate artery; on its left side are the left recurrent nerve, the aortic arch,
and the left common carotid and subclavian arteries.
The Right Bronchus (bronchus dexter), wider, shorter, and more vertical in direction than the
left, is about 2.5 cm. long, and enters the right lung nearly opposite the fifth thoracic vertebra.
The azygos vein arches over it from behind; and the right pulmonary artery lies at first below and
then in front of it. About 2 cm. from its commencement it gives off a branch to the upper lobe of
the right lung. This is termed the eparterial branch of the bronchus, because it arises above the
right pulmonary artery. The bronchus now passes below the artery, and is known as the
hyparterial branch; it divides into two branches for the middle and lower lobes.
The Left Bronchus (bronchus sinister) is smaller in caliber but longer than the right, being
nearly 5 cm. long. It enters the root of the left lung opposite the sixth thoracic vertebra. It passes
beneath the aortic arch, crosses in front of the esophagus, the thoracic duct, and the descending
aorta, and has the left pulmonary artery lying at first above, and then in front of it. The left
bronchus has no eparterial branch, and therefore it has been supposed by some that there is.

Relations.—The anterior surface of the trachea is convex, and covered, in the neck, from above

ima (when that vessel exists), the Sternothyreoideus and Sternohyoideus muscles, the cervical
fascia, and, more superficially, by the anastomosing branches between the anterior jugular veins;
in the thorax, it is covered from before backward by the manubrium sterni, the remains of the
thymus, the left innominate vein, the aortic arch, the innominate and left common carotid
arteries, and the deep cardiac plexus. Posteriorly it is in contact with the esophagus. Laterally, in
the neck, it is in relation with the common carotid arteries, the right and left lobes of the thyroid
gland, the inferior thyroid arteries, and the recurrent nerves; in the thorax, it lies in the superior
mediastinum, and is in relation on the right side with the pleura and right vagus, and near the root
of the neck with the innominate artery; on its left side are the left recurrent nerve, the aortic arch,
and the left common carotid and subclavian arteries.
The Right Bronchus (bronchus dexter), wider, shorter, and more vertical in direction than the
left, is about 2.5 cm. long, and enters the right lung nearly opposite the fifth thoracic vertebra.
The azygos vein arches over it from behind; and the right pulmonary artery lies at first below and
then in front of it. About 2 cm. from its commencement it gives off a branch to the upper lobe of
the right lung. This is termed the eparterial branch of the bronchus, because it arises above the
right pulmonary artery. The bronchus now passes below the artery, and is known as the
hyparterial branch; it divides into two branches for the middle and lower lobes.
The Left Bronchus (bronchus sinister) is smaller in caliber but longer than the right, being
nearly 5 cm. long. It enters the root of the left lung opposite the sixth thoracic vertebra. It passes
beneath the aortic arch, crosses in front of the esophagus, the thoracic duct, and the descending
aorta, and has the left pulmonary artery lying at first above, and then in front of it. The left
bronchus has no eparterial branch, and therefore it has been supposed by some that there is.

I need help writing a python 3 function.
I need to write a function that takes 3 inputs which are lists (first names, middle ini., and last names ).
It needs to take those names and put them together correctly and then print them in a column, 1 on top of another, and so on. they need to be printed in aphabetical order of the last names.
Also, they need to have a border around the whole column and the initials need to be aligned vertically. if there is no initial, a space can just take its place to keep things aligned.
I feel like being able to look at the code and go over it line by line until I understand it and can recreate it myself is the best way I learn. If someone could create this function for me, that would be unbelievably helpful.

3. No, low void ratio and low total unit weight at the same time are possible, beacause if void ratio is low ultimately the mass of the solids is high so that the unit weight increases.
4.Types of Weathering:
i) Mechanical weathering: which produces clasts of rock/mineral which are smaller that the original and of the same general composition. There are two basic processes: Fracturing and Abrasion
ii) Chemical weathering: It also produces smaller pieces, but of a different chemical composition, the minerals have been changed in an attempt to be more in balance with surface conditions.
iii) Biological weathering: It is the action of plants and animals can and do lead to both mechanical and biological weathering.

Solution Despite its probable importance in health and disease, the elastic tissue in the trachea has rarely been investigated. In addition, various aspects of the trachealis muscle are controversial. The aim of this study was to clarify this clinically relevant anatomy. Ten cadaveric tracheobronchial specimens (age range 68–101 years; seven males; no major airway pathology) were qualitatively investigated by microdissection. Serial histologic sections from multiple sites in three specimens were analyzed after staining for elastin. Findings were correlated with observations from video tracheobronchoscopies. An extensive and prominent meshwork of elastic tissue was found within the trachea and bronchi. Elastic fibers were predominantly longitudinal and aggregated into discrete bundles within the membranous wall of the trachea and main bronchi; a discrete fibroelastic membrane bridging the membranous wall of the trachea; and vertical laminae connecting the ends of successive cartilages. The longitudinal elastic bundles continued into the segmental bronchi, becoming thinner and more circumferentially distributed.
