If you are not aware of your thoughts and
actions, hold it, then shift it back to reminding
yourself that you are coming from a space of
LOVE, JOY, GRATITUDE.

There is nothing wrong with being left behind, its

we eat. In order for our Pineal Gland to
function properly, we should decalcify it.
