This document provides an overview of an upcoming rural health week event focused on condition-specific support with national organizations. It discusses action learning sets, which bring people together to work on intractable problems affecting them personally, check individual perceptions of problems, and take action based on new insights while balancing support and challenge. The goal is for participants to take action on problems, learn from the experience, and reflect and question themselves.
