Existing System:

      There are no existing system for this project. The bussiness driven application
for amalgamating the HR executives, employees and candidates.

Proposed System:

       This system is used to made a communications between the HR executives
with in a associated companies. Employees are share our thoughts and to know the
certain informations about the associated companies, and Freshers can easily search
our jobs.

HR executives involved the followings:

      Can add/modify/delete/edit candidates in the company.

      Can create pigeonholes on candidates.

      Exposing vulnerable/non performing pigeonholes to friend HR executives.

      Create training and performance imrovement programs.

      Can aggregate on seeking company from HR.

      Employee referall programme on the HR domain.

      Aggregate information via Facebook on details about candidates credantials.

      Generate demographic information on candidates data on google map.

      Publish new openings to fellow through HR-Xpress, Facebook and Twitter.

      Make longlist and shortlist of candidates.

      Store new candidates and their interview process.

      Appraisal data capturing module.

      Exit interview data capturing module.

      Staff welfare and recreation module.

      Tax processing Document capturing module.

System Analysis

      Cost Analysis: Development cost of the HR-Xpress product as 3-4 lakhs,
deployment cost of end user as 10-12 lakhs. The product will have done by 6 months.

      Feasibility Study: Done on user story being a inhouse project mock business
object is created and the development fully complies with Test Driven Development.

      User-Interface: Built on Jquery 1.4.2.
