HR-Xpress is a proposed system to facilitate communication between HR executives, employees, and candidates across associated companies. It allows HR executives to manage candidate information and recruitment processes. Employees can provide feedback on company culture and view job openings. Candidates can search for jobs and view company profiles. The system aggregates data from job portals and social media to provide a centralized resource for all HR-related functions. It is estimated to cost between 3-4 lakhs to develop and 10-12 lakhs to deploy, with completion expected in 6 months.

Existing System:
There are no existing system for this project. The bussiness driven application
for amalgamating the HR executives, employees and candidates.
Proposed System:
This system is used to made a communications between the HR executives
with in a associated companies. Employees are share our thoughts and to know the
certain informations about the associated companies, and Freshers can easily search
our jobs.

Can add/modify/delete/edit candidates in the company.
Can create pigeonholes on candidates.
Exposing vulnerable/non performing pigeonholes to friend HR executives.

Cost Analysis: Development cost of the HR-Xpress product as 3-4 lakhs,
deployment cost of end user as 10-12 lakhs. The product will have done by 6 months.
Feasibility Study: Done on user story being a inhouse project mock business
object is created and the development fully complies with Test Driven Development.
User-Interface: Built on Jquery 1.4.2.
