ABSTRACT
 This project is about the recruitment process which is done online.
 The recruitment process here is handled by the system.
 Most of the people have started searching jobs over an Internet.
 Now-a-days Internet rather than the print media for finding employees or
posting jobs.
OBJECTIVE
 The objective of this project is to provide the information about new jobs.
 A user can search jobs according to their location or their skills.
 It provide the resume tips and interview tips which is useful to provide the
guideness to the user.
 Job matchmaking is an important issue in today’s global.
LITERATURE SURVEY
 “Naukri.com”, “Shine.com”, etc . brought the revolution of transforming
traditional way of job search
 Initially, less number of trusted clients and improvement through
advertisements and branding.
 Job seeking usually involves different ways to look as such through
personal contacts,direct telephones calls,job agency office ,scanning
online jobs.
 Unwanted spam messages.
 No specific remainder.
PROPOSED SYSTEMS
 Simple and professional GUI for users of all qualification groups.
 Increased filtering for employees seeking job as a Fresher or as an Experienced individual.
 The job portal provides an easy and convenient job for the online job seekers.
 The existing system requires applicants to search through print and visual media for job
opportunities. that the applicant can be easily find the jobs.
ADVANTAGES:
 Sms module for notifications.
 No duplicate jobs.
 24x7 Regular remainder.

 It serves better than the existing system, it enhances with the job
seekers and recruiters to very useful.
