3. INITIAL BAD IDEA: why it's BAD?
1. Indeed all possible modifications of laws (value
proposition) are already known by ministries and
parliaments (customer segments). They are developed
by themselves or with political parties
2. Possible insiders (customer relationships) are very
close to ministries and parliaments (customer
segments). Why they cant communicate without
proposed system?
3. Open source software, trainings and charging for new
features (revenue streams) are not corresponding with
this business model. Event it would be right in its base.

4. How to turn bad idea to good one?
The better way is to change value proposition - from not
needed to in demand.
Our suggesion is to make possibility for laws
commenting and petitions (on changing of its parts) to
crowd.
This value proposition is needed by ministries, parliaments,
political parties, journalsts, lawyers as base for current
work. As for people - this value proposition is needed by
them for changing currents laws and help political system
to go forward.
