about to handle IT Infrastructure in a company and also he has been certified ITIL and CISCO,CCNA,CCNP from Jetking Institute Bangalore he

Money we want to raise and its planned usage for proposed Valuation period.
And currently we don’t have any other co-investors and also we are not committed to
any other investors.
If any Investors wants to invest with us the investment of RS/$ 2 cr will last us for
20,000/months with this we will be able to get to 10,000 Customers and 7 cr revenues
per year.

1.Business exit strategies include IPOs, acquisitions or buy-outs or bankruptcy.
2.Merger if we did two business combine with one business.
3.Acquisition if our company buys another business till to complete the business
absolutely the investors can exit.
4.Company that are able to establish a solid business model and scale might
choose to say independent and reinvest the profit of the company with clear
permission from the management of the company.
5. If any miss communication in the name of business and our clients the investors
can exit from the investment portfolio.
