Section 5 of the dangerous goods regulations covers packing instructions for dangerous goods. It discusses packing groups that classify substances by level of danger, with packing group I being the highest danger. The shipper is responsible for packing dangerous goods in compliance with the regulations, including adhering to limits for quantity per package, using salvage packaging for damaged packages, and managing damaged packaging.
