• En stor kompleks leveranse blir mer kompleks – i alle prosesser !!!
• Det er for enkelt å tro at man ikke påvirkes av leveransesenter
• Språk
• Informasjon, dokumenter, leveranser, feil og rettinger skal alltid
gjennom flere ledd
• Tidsforsinkelse i prosesser
• Ansvar hos leverandør bør være krystallklart lagt til onshore.
• Med vår arbeidsmodell MÅ nøkkelpersoner være onshore
• Bygging av effektive og kvalitetsorienterte prosesser tar tid, men er
mulig å få til – sett av nok tid på begge sider
• Offshore må involveres tidlig – og tvers gjennom for å få kvalitet og
effektivitet
• Noen ganger møtes tre sannheter i forhold til status/kvalitet –
FBU, IDC og kunden
• Er oppgaven stor nok til å forsvare investeringen ?
