set intangible
developmental targets but
this essentially means that
the effectiveness of these
initiatives is left open to
interpretation
COURAGE: Most programs
don’t make leaders
experience discomfort.
Rather than letting them
experience emotional
courage they only address it
through case studies
INTEGRATION: Most
programs occur at offsite
location, but in order to
derive true value, programs
should be immersive and
fully integrated to the
leader’s day to day work life
