until it combusts. If the data from the LECO reveal less than 1% total
organic carbon for any sample, then we know it isn’t a source rock.
Day 3
X-ray fluorescence bombards your samples with x-rays, which
causes them to release x-rays characteristic of their elemental
makeup, rapidly providing an initial dataset that can detect boundaries down
a well. With detection limits increased to almost forty elements, our XRF
tools provide unparalleled accuracy and range.
