MATERIALS REQUIRED
Paper cut into a triangular piece
Fold the triangular piece of paper in a zigzag way
It will have a small flat platform to rest and the other pointed end directed
slightly upwards

2. Locate the pulse on your wrist with thumb and place the folded paper piece
exactly on that spot.
You can see movement of pointed end up and down.
Count the number of times it moves, it indicates pulse rate

3. Run around for about a minute and count the pulse rate and
compare with the normal and tabulate.
