This is to confirm that Buqe Osmani has been engaged as an art director/designer
in Property tax project. The project is a joint project between Ministry of Finance
of republic of Kosovo, Swedish Tax Agency and Swedish International
Development Cooperation Agency. Buqe Osmani was engaged to help us in our
work of creating a brand for Property Tax Department. She was first engaged in
January 2009 and we have frequently engaged her for designing information- and
promotion materials.
The brand of Property Tax Department that she helped us with is now used in all
information material concerning property tax in Kosovo. Besides creating the
brand she has also done posters, leaflets, brochures and internal instructions for us
in the Property tax project. She did often help us on short notice and with scarce
time. It has been a pleasure working with Buqe, and we can definitely recommend
her to anyone in need of a professional designer.

As the head of the Communications Department at IQ Consulting, a Kosovo company
specializing in public relations (with a special focus on event management), research, project
monitoring and fundraising, I have come to know Ms. Buqe Osmani when I was the team leader
for the Communication and Information Services contract, jointly implemented in the period of
September 2009- September 2010 by IQ Consulting and INIT, a media production company.
The contract involved production of print and broadcast materials, event organizing and web site
creation and management.
Ms. Osmani worked as an Event Manager for the consortium, overseeing all the event
management related work for the contract. Her duties included conceptualization and
implementation of various events in the period of one year. Events included conferences,
presentations, parties, recreational events and larger and smaller meetings. In addition, she was
assigned additional duties such as design and oversight of printing material, as well as general
support of overall project management.
Alongside her professional performance, for which I can only express words of praise and
admiration, Ms. Osmani has been very helpful in keeping a large team of communications
professionals together, due to her extensive experience in working in diverse teams and in
different cultural environments. She has shown great flexibility in working in both the urban and
rural areas, with people from vastly different backgrounds, such as politicians and children, to
mention a few. She worked under very challenging conditions, characterized by lack of venues,
basic facilities such as transport, and other essential items necessary for event management.
Nevertheless, Ms. Osmani always managed to implement these events more than successfully,
showing great attention to detail, patience and ability to work in diverse teams.
I am more than happy to recommend Ms. Osmani for any position that requires organizing
events of any scale and nature.

Chelsea Point Developments in Kosovo hired Buqe Osmani as our Marketing Art Director on
a project by project basis. Buqe worked with us from April 2008 - present. During this time
she produced marketing materials for us such as brochures, billboards, newspaper ads and
television ad consultant.
Buqe proved to be an important asset in organizing meetings with different journalists,
potential investment opportunities and politicians for the purpose of Public Relations and
business information.
We are a London based company that found it very useful to have found someone with her
international background and Kosovar routes in Kosovo to understand our needs and the local

In February, 2008 I hired Buqe Osmani as a project manager at American University in Kosovo. Her
primary responsibility was to teach students electronic publishing through the use of Adobe InDesign. In
addition to teaching students the application, Buqe also had to instruct them in the art of publication
design and layout. None of the students had any experience in this area. Buqe’s job was made more
difficult by the fact that the students had all volunteered to produce a yearbook under the pressure of
learning while they worked.
Buqe did her job amazingly well. She paid close attention to the students, provided individual
mentoring, and stepped in to do hands‐on demonstrations when necessary.
After the book layout was completed, Buqe taught the staff how to prepare a publication for press. By
this time the staff recognized her as an expert. They eagerly listened to her advice. As an individual who
has almost two decades experience in electronic design and printing, I watched her closely. Her advice
and teaching was always very skilled, accurate and of the highest professional quality.
Hiring Buqe to manage this project was absolutely the correct decision. The printed product, completed
in late May, 2008, was the best yearbook produced by AUK.

I worked closely with Ms. Buqe Osmani for about 6 months on the preparation of Kosovo
International Film Festival (KIFF), which took place in Pristina/Prishtina, Peja/Pec and other
cities in Kosova/Kosovo from 26 September to 6 October 2003. On the basis of this
experience I highly recommend Ms. Osmani for any creative work.
At that time I worked as Coordination and International Cooperation Officer in the Ministry
of Culture, Youth and Sports (United Nations Mission in Kosovo). The Ministry initiated and
organized KIFF and I was in charge of preparations and overall supervision. We selected
Buqe among many other professional graphic designers to prepare all the graphic materials
for the Festival: posters, flyers, schedules, invitations, etc. It was a pleasure to work with
Buqe and the whole team appreciated not only her professionalism, but also her high
intelligence, energy and communication skills.
I would like to add that Buqe remained very committed throughout this very challenging
project as we worked under a lot of pressure and very tight deadlines. She was ready to
undertake extra work without any hesitation. Buqe is very dependable, trustworthy and will be

In July 2001, the United Nations Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK) hired Buqe Osmani
for a temporary Graphic Artist position. As a staff Art Director there I had the
pleasure of working with. She proved to be a valuable asset during that time
helping out with the concept, design and layout of certain campaign materials
produced for the Division of Public Information / UNMIK.
She was a diligent and creative colleague that always was more than happy to
both learn and contribute to the department. We worked in creative harmony
and understanding. She has the ability to assist and take complete organization
and execution of any project presented to her.
