This document outlines a project proposal to develop a new hospital information system application for hospitals in KSA. It aims to address issues with the current manual paper-based system by developing software to simplify communication between doctors and receptionists. The project will research existing hospital information systems through literature analysis and interview users to understand requirements. The expected result is an application to improve the management of patient information and records for both government hospitals and private clinics in KSA.

3. Project question
The main question of my project is to find an answer for
the following issue:
How to provide a new idea to solve the hospital system
in KSA.

4. Introduction
Hospitals currently use manual system for management
the information. The current system will reduce the
using of paper form. Also the information in form
sometimes is not completed or does not follow
management standard.
The hospital information system is software developed
to simplify the communication process between the
doctor and the receptionist.

5. Methodology
The data will be collected through content analysis for
some literature of hospital information systems to use
it to develop such an application.
An interview with the users of the application who are
the receptionist and the doctor.

6. Expected results
The study provides an application for
government hospital and private clinic.

7. Conclusion
In conclude we should use the technology to save
time and I choose this project to solve some
problems in common hospital system and to make
the moving more easily.
