Due to the lack of knowledge and guidance, many talented youth in rural
towns of India are unable to take advantage of the opportunities available to
them.
Women get married and become stay-at-home mothers. Very few are even
cognizant of possible career opportunities and lack examples of women who
have learned to balance their careers and families. Also, because college is
just a way to obtain a better husband, few have the interest and passion to
pursue their studies and careers.
