Rural India – A reality Check
   Agriculture – main source of Income
     - Rain dependent
     - Family earning is seasonal
   No regular income
   Lack of infrastructure
   Lack of adequate education
   Lack of Industrial knowledge, information & economic perspective
   Lack of work ethics
   Due to the lack of knowledge and guidance, many talented youth in rural
    towns of India are unable to take advantage of the opportunities available to
    them.
   Women get married and become stay-at-home mothers. Very few are even
    cognizant of possible career opportunities and lack examples of women who
    have learned to balance their careers and families. Also, because college is
    just a way to obtain a better husband, few have the interest and passion to
    pursue their studies and careers.

                                1- Communication Skill
   Every job will require you to communicate with other people, in speaking and in
    writing.
   Professionals need to express themselves clearly in their dealings with
    supervisors, underlings, co-workers, clients, etc.
   Communication include oral, written and non verbal.
   Improve your English without ignoring Hindi.


                                    How to improve
   Participate in essay writing , group discussions and debates.
   Practice your communication skills (specially English) with your friends Or even a
    mirror.
   Watch English news channel, Documentary and other English entertainment
    channels.
   Read English newspaper, Magazines loudly.

  Computers and internet tools have taken over the workplace to enhance the
   productivity.
  Everyone needs to have at least a basic level of skill and comfort with modern
   technology, just to be able to function.

  Today, continuous learning and education is required to stay competitive in industry

  Practicing makes a man perfect.
  Continues learn the skills relevance to your work stream.
  Obtain technical certification relevance to your skills. An employee with a
   technical certification is more likely going to be retained by the company and is
   perceived to be more valuable and effective than a non-certified employee.

    Get the right training and preparation for your career
