Project Description

   The purpose of this project is to build a
  beach house for the Bloom-Kerr family. As
   this famous family travels a lot over the
  year, they want a house where they can
 feel at home, simple, but at the same time,
       to have all the modern facilities.
Business need


The family is looking their dream house, the house
where they are going to spend their free time.
Since currently they live in London which is cold
and they have a new born baby, they want a
more friendly environment.
Project Justification

 This project will comply will all
 requirements expected, in a
 great front beach location,
 at a reasonable price, with
 high quality materials.

           -The nearest office of the Ministry of Health
   Environmental Impact
     Make representations to the Secretaría Técnica Ambiental
     For homes of less than 300m2, you must fill out a form and submit it to
       this office
   Guidelines
     You must follow the provisions of the INVU, Ministerio de Obras Públicas
       y Transportes (MOPT) and the respective municipality
   Easements
     If so, you will need the approval of the AyA
Constructions permits
   Vent Rain
     The authorization is issued by the respective municipality or adjoining
   Sewage
     You must set whether to use a septic tank or in the case of
       condominiums and residential, if a treatment plant will handle
   Municipal Procedures
     Generally, the requirements are:
         Plans with all visas
         Occupational Risk Policy (processed before and INS)
         Land use letter (issued by the municipality itself or INVU
         Letter of water availability (depends on who manages the pipeline,
           either the municipality or the board administrator AyA thereof)
   Start of work
     With all the requirements and the approval of the municipality, you can
       start building your project
