  20. 20. Pakistani dishes are known for having spicyflavours, and some dishes often contain liberalamounts of oil which contributes to a richer flavour. Cumin seeds, chilli powder, turmeric, Garam Masala isa very popular blend of spices used in many Pakistanidishes.
