4. What is a personal problem?
A feeling, situation or a person?

5. Discrepancy between how things are and how we like
them to be.
CAUSE:
what is the cause of that discrepancy? At the risk of
oversimplifying, it can be said that the cause of a
problem is always (a) a situation, (b) a behavior pattern,
and/or (c) a thought pattern.
