Jennifer
JenniferCEC is a premier education organization, internationally renowned for its expertise and leadership, working collaboratively with strategic partners to ensure that children and youth with exceptionalities are valued and full participating members of society. Though CEC has its own professional staff, it is “governed” by its membership. CEC is a professional organization that must be strong and focused as special education continues to evolve and face new challenges. For this to happen, YOU must be willing to help invest in the organization and help guide it to accomplish its mission and goals…for you and others within its membership. With varied economic circumstances, differing attitudes and beliefs relative to the importance of investing in the education of children with disabilities, CEC MUST remain vibrant, focused and ready to respond to policy and practice, to assist teachers and other professionals to ensure students with exceptionalities are provided with the guidance and voice of the membership.
