Senior Dues $200.00
Payment Deadlines
1st Payment September 19, 2014 $70.00
2nd Payment October 10, 2014 $65.00
3rd Payment November 7, 2014 $65.00 If payment in full is not received by January 1, 2015 a late fee of $30.00 will be attached to your payment.
Payments must be made in the form of cash or money order ONLY.
Make all payments to your senior sponsors: Mrs. Thomas (CAD), Ms. Ferrier (HMS), Ms. Middlebrooks (LSJ) In order to be eligible for graduation and senior activities you must meet the following requirements:
Junior Dues Paid – Ms. Robinson (CAD), Ms. Wynn (HMS), Ms. Boyd (LSJ)
Senior Dues Paid – Mrs. Thomas (CAD), Ms. Ferrier (HMS), Ms. Middlebrooks (LSJ)
Community Service Completed – Mrs. Whitley (CAD), Ms. Aldridge (HMS), Ms. Blake (LSJ)
No outstanding fees (textbooks books, library books, JROTC, athletics, etc.) – Ms. Berry (CAD), Ms. Howard (HMS), Ms. Hood (LSJ), Ms. Miles, Chief Hill, Coach Reddick
Senior Clearance Form Completed – Mrs. Whitley (CAD), Ms. Aldridge (HMS), Ms. Middlebrooks (LSJ)
No discipline referrals during graduation/senior activities – Mrs. Astin (CAD), Dr. Ford (HMS), Ms. Davis (LSJ)
Other Fines (Teacher issued books, homecoming fees, etc.) - TBD If you fail to complete any of the above listed items you will NOT be able to participate in Senior/Graduation activities.

Senior Transcript Audits to be released to a parent/guardian ONLY Cap and Gown Orders (NOTE: Caps and Gowns are not included in your senior dues. You must make payment directly to the Representative. Caps and Gowns are $60.00.)
Purchase of Senior Rings and other senior paraphernalia
Senior T-shirt sizes will be taken and signatures for the back of your shirt.
